Located within the TOWN of CHESTERMERE, the MDP is showing primarily residential development in the area. The current owners have completed the Master Drainage Plan, Transportation Impact Assessment, Wetland Delineation and Biophysical Impact Assessments, Phase 1 EIA, and Preliminary Geotechnical in support of the draft Sierra Vista ASP. Proposing single and multi-family residential, retail, and golf course development within the area. This 88 acre parcel is available individually or together with any of the adjoining 53 acre, 140 acre and 159 acre parcels.
